Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time. Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.

Shipping cost. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, when offered, are shown in the cart.

Tracking. Once shipped you'll get a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email lumerehelp@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

Incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.
